How quickly will I hear back?
You’ll receive a reply as soon as your enquiry has been checked. If your date looks available, the next steps can be discussed.
Does checking availability reserve my date?
No. Checking availability does not hold or reserve your date. Your booking is only confirmed once everything has been agreed and secured.
Can I enquire before confirming my venue?
Yes. If you already have a date in mind, you can still enquire before your venue is fully confirmed.
Do you travel outside the West Midlands?
Yes. Carl Mitchell DJ can travel across the UK for weddings, birthdays, private events and corporate celebrations.
Can I change package later?
Yes. If your plans change, package options can be discussed before your event.
What if I don't know timings yet?
That’s fine. Estimated timings are enough at this stage and can be updated later.
Do I need to know my music choices now?
No. You don’t need to know your music choices before enquiring. This can be discussed later.
Can I request upgrades later?
Yes. Upgrades such as extra lighting, smoke effects or package changes can be discussed if they suit your event.
